The piston pump hydraulic power unit is a high-performance electromechanical integrated power source designed specifically for driving axial piston pumps.
Unlike traditional “motor+coupling” combinations, our plunger pump motor adopts a direct drive or inline design. This design eliminates centering errors and can withstand high torque and back pressure impacts during plunger pump start-up, ensuring stable operation of the hydraulic system at pressures of 210Bar or even higher.

Built for High Pressure
Piston pumps are typically used in high-pressure systems (>200Bar). Our motor has a high starting torque, which can easily overcome the high resistance during the initial engagement of the plunger pump and avoid the phenomenon of “stuck car”.

High concentricity and low vibration (High Precision&Low Vibration)
○ Adopting flange direct connection installation, the motor output shaft and pump shaft are connected by precision machined splines or flat keys.
Customer benefits: Completely eliminate coupling breakage, oil seal leakage, and abnormal noise caused by misalignment, and extend the service life of plunger pumps and motors.

Compact structure, space saving design
○ The coupling guard and additional installation base plate are eliminated, resulting in a shortened overall axial length.
Customer benefits: Save valuable installation space for customers, especially suitable for compact mobile and construction machinery.

Robust Construction
Adopting high-strength cast iron shell and thickened flange end cover, it can withstand the high-frequency pulsating pressure generated during the operation of the plunger pump.
